When we started Velaris, the goal wasn’t to build another tool that stores data and provides dashboards.

We wanted to solve a deeper problem, one we kept seeing across Customer Success and post-sales teams.

These teams were being asked to do more than ever: manage hundreds of accounts, detect churn early, drive expansion, be more commercially driven, all while jumping between disconnected tools and spending too much time doing admin work.

But while the expectations keep rising, the tools they rely on haven’t kept up. Most are built for a bygone era. The gap between the status quo and the available truly innovative solutions compared to similar verticals is larger than ever.

So we built Velaris.
